1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at askuse@wlixarunchrexxon.world or call +64 800 428 786 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Include your order number and reason for return in your request
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and an RA number
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at askuse@wlixarunchrexxon.world with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at askuse@wlixarunchrexxon.world.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand consumer protection laws. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
